Situated in a peaceful spot tucked away in the popular waterside village of Newton Ferrers, Walnut Cottage, a large, attached, reverse level property standing in secluded gardens, is a short walk to the centre of the village with its excellent waterfront pubs and the wooded riverside walks of the Yealm estuary. Superb artwork adorns the walls and interesting architectural features such as high ceilings and beams make this a deceptively spacious property both interesting and attractive. The sailing haven of Newton Ferrers is a gateway to the scenic South West coastal path, the sandy beaches of Mothecombe and Wonwell are just a short drive, so too is the Dartmoor National Park, City of Plymouth and the beautiful surrounding area of the South Hams.
